Caregiver Position Our caregivers help families take control of their lives and allow their loved ones to remain at home.  Being a caregiver requires special qualities, such as patience and compassion, that we require in all of our employees.  Our GreatCare® method allows our caregivers to develop care solutions to help seniors age in place and provide reassurance to families so that they can return to their daily lives.  At Caring Senior Service, we treat our caregivers with respect, dignity and professionalism. We understand that without great caregivers we can’t provide GreatCare®. That’s why we have the most competitive rates in every city we serve. We provide flexible schedules, training programs and we’re the only compnay that provides a progressive PTO plan. Our caregivers earn Paid Time Off for every hour they work. This time is used for absences due to illness, time with family or vacation. You decide. To provide  GreatCare® our careivers perform personal assistance services for clients as dictated by client needs/preferences, examples of which include: ▪ Assist in personal care such as lifting, turning, dressing, walking, bathing, changing and using the restroom ▪ Clean all areas used by client including sweeping, dusting, dishwashing, linen changing and laundry ▪ Prepare and administer client meals according to the client’s dietary needs and wants ▪ Errand running for the client, such as deliver bill payments, mail letters and grocery shopping ▪ Transport client in the client’s automobile with proper release form and proof of insurance Don’t you want to provide GreatCare®?
